Description
The Jingtai Liquid Crystal DisplayTechnology JT-3.3IPS is a 3.3-inch TFT LCD module with a resolution of 320×480 pixels. This module integrates the ST77903 controller and driver IC, supports multiple interfaces such as QSPI and RGB, and operates at a supply voltage (Vdd) ranging from 2.4V to 3.3V, with a typical value of 2.8V. It features IPS technology for wide viewing angles of 85°/85°/85°/85° (left/right/up/down).
The JT-3.3IPS is a portrait-mode TFT LCD module with a brightness of 300 nits (up to 600 nits). It is available with a capacitive touch screen. The module operates in temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃ and can be stored in temperatures from -30℃ to +80℃. This 3.3-inch TFT LCD is widely used in industrial control, home automation, access control systems, monitoring equipment, analyzers, security systems, garden irrigation systems, and more.
